Disappointing!!

I have to say on 1st try I was pleased seeing accurate tracking of family members but now being 3 days later & despite retrying day & night I only see the very same positions, dates & time stamps on family members & their locations! It would appear that even after paying for the full version Im unable to see any type of updates on current or past locations! Im am SO NOT IMPRESSED!!! :(
